Doodling
by Jack B.
Picture
My plan for the Allison Middle School Yearbook, staff, and students is to take photos of the doodles they make, and have a caption underneath whether they liked or disliked the doodle. Many people do like to doodle in school from what I have seen in the interviews.

I asked ten people in the class if they like to doodle and all said yes. Many students like to draw both word and art doodles, but some like to draw only one of the two. Anonymous 1, Addie, and Jennifer all said that they like to create Art Doodles. Sophia P., Anonymous 2, and Kylee all said they like to create both kinds of doodles. While both Kenceionna and Ky said they’re are not really artists.

Doodly Doodles

The first thing we gotta know is what the questions are; Who do you know that does amazing doodles? What is your favorite doodle, and could you draw it? When are you most likely to draw? Where do you doodle? Tell me about a time when you got in trouble for doodling.

Now that we know what to expect let's get into the information.

We will go in order of people and the order of questions. Jenni B. says that Josee H. does pretty good drawings/doodles. One of her favorite things to doodle is trees and eyes, and one of the most common surfaces to draw on for Jenni B. is sticky notes. One time she even got caught doodling by her Language Arts teacher!

Nora R. says that Josee H. & Sophia P. doodle well, and gives them a 7/10 for the quality of their doodles. One of her favorite things to doodle is flowers! And when she can, she draws in her sketchbook. She can't remember a time when she got in trouble for doodling because she has been caught in different classes.

Sophia P. is next for the answering! She is very confident that she is an amazing doodler, and additionally, one of her favorite doodles is called “CatDuck” (shown on the left side of the page).
